SKILLS

Creativity

While I am a producer, I still consider myself a game designer and recognize the creative aspects of making games. I try to incorporate my knowledge of different disciplines (writing, art, music, design, etc.) in my producing work so I can better communicate with team members and understand the game’s needs. It is also why I strive to keep learning more about different disciplines.

Problem Solving

Creativity and troubleshooting go hand in hand. I am usually tasked with creating management systems and so it’s important for me to figure out what works and doesn’t work: I strive to create the lowest barrier of entry for team members, so that communication can flow better.

I’m not bound to a single solution, method, or toolset, and enjoy the challenge of creating a hand-tailored solution to each problem.

Ambition

I aim to improve a bit each day, and to bring that energy into the teams I’m a part of. I’m a big believer in teamwork and open-minded communication to create the best possible work, which means facilitating and supporting environments to encourage this. Feedback is also incredibly valuable, and I make it clear that telling me what I can do better will boost my work, but the work of the team.
